Sorry for the lousy answer but the answer is may be , may be not. It is not automatic to change seats on status lost and many times you will not lose the seat but if there is a seat sweep -- schedule change, aircraft change, .... you will loose the exit row if status is lost.

Given the long time frame, March 2012, and the number of changes occurring do to the merger, I would guess your odds are poor in retaining the exit rows (but not zero).
