I just had to cancel an existing reservation with Hertz. At the end of the process (I did this Online), it just said that I had succesfully cancelled the reservation, but no reference no. or similar. Im assuming Im good, or do I have to follow up this via telephone? I hope I dont get any cancellation fee charged to my credit card, I dont remember the exact rental reservation clauses but the cancellation online didnt tell me at any time that I would be charged.
