used to fly out of CLT a lot, and have plenty of US horror stories...case studies in horrendous customer service
that said, it's the only legacy I've been on lately where I'm not on some plane that's older than half the people flying in it , the US A319s look clean and new, far better than the grease-stained 757s UA flies cross country and the duct-taped Mad Dogs AA offers me if I'm lucky enough to find a segment that's not on an Eagle ERJ
