Sorry if this has been asked but i could not find anything. I believe using BA miles can get domestic stop overs.

I ideally need to do JFK (LGA or EWR) -IAD (DCA or BWI) - YUL and similar return with a stop in iad both ways. Is that legit and how many miles are required. Thanks.
