Here's the difference between Five Star and President's Circle:

Five Star: Rent at least 10 times/year. Get free rental day certificates with limited black-out dates, special savings coupons that can be used anytime, one-car-class upgrades.

President's Circle: Rent 40 times a year. Free rental day certificates, special savings coupons, guaranteed one-car-class upgrades and a 25% bonus on #1 Awards Points on qualified rentals.
