As long as the operating carrier's record shows that you are in F...

So if the AS record shows you in F for the AS flight then you are in F. Same goes for Delta, if you get the upgrade the AS record will still probably show you in Y, but the Delta record will show you in F...

When you check in, your Delta boarding passes will show you in F for your AS flights...
