I feel sorry for anyone in Canada who is forced to fly with Air Canada. Just like most things run by the Canadian government, Air Canada is a disaster. Especially when it comes to baggage. You can't get any real time information regarding lost luggage because you're always speaking to people in INDIA! I have NEVER had a good experience with this joke of an airline. If at all possible avoid using Air Canada.
