Having read this thread, I guess I should feel lucky that my baggage turned up at all! Anyway, I recently flew BA 57 outbound/BA 54 inbound, both sectors in First. A 30 minute wait at JNB for priority-tagged luggage, and 40 minutes at T5. At T5 the CW bags came out quickly enough, but not the first class bags from their dedicated container - they appeared last. I wrote to BA and got a standard polite brush-off - mea culpa etc, but no offer of miles. Shame that my last memory of a fantastic trip should be standing like a lemon at a T5 carousel when all I wanted was to be home.
