In Texas - I'm showing 9.9 cents Average price per kWh on month to month.

Going rate on http://www.powertochoose.org is in the 5-6 cent range for month to month plans.

About a $45 difference on 1,000 kWh. So my math boils down to a cost of $0.15 per point monthly. plus a 6,500 bonus.
