- A program/better way for the elites to recognize the exceptional / great FA's. There are many out there, and a simple "thank-you" just doesn't do enough IMO. Something like the AAplause tickets that AA gives out to their elites every year to hand out to the FA's that they think did a good job, anything is better than what we have now.
- Speed up the conversion of the 777 fleet to new business. Barcalounger to FRA is the suck. I'd be all over LH in a heartbeat if it wasn't for the fact that I'm GS and need the UA metal-miles to keep it...
-Switch to CX-style business seats (herringbone configuration). I hate stepping over someone, and at 6'5", I don't fit in the new business well anyway
-Change the 1P/2P UDU window. As EXP on AA, I could book a late flight and still have my UG clear. As a 1K/GS, on many flights, we still get stuck in the back if we have to book a last minute flight (which many of us have to do in the course of our business). 1P should be at most 24 hours, 2P at the gate. Not to be an elitest snob (though I am on FT), but hey, customers that fly over 100K miles should have priority. It irks me to see a 1P get an UDU while a GS/1K get stuck in the back just because they booked a last-minute flight, which is what often happens. Mileage upgrade should still be as normal for the 1P's, just like a "sticker" upgrade used to be.
- 8 SWU's instead of 6, ala AA
- Mandatory channel 9
- Limit the RJ's to like 500 miles. I mean, DEN-ATL on an RJ, really?
