Lets get practical.

- UA Ghetto birds needs to go. I mean really. They are unreliable, break down and not dependable. I've had two > 4 hour MX delays on wide bodies in 2 months. In all my years of flying CO (new planes, less than 7 years old mostly) I have had exactly 1 mechanical delay, a broken strobe light. Thats it. Duct tape holding together cabin fixtures is GHETTO.

I can count the number of MX with both hands since I started mixing UA + CO
Guess what?. It's mostly UA old metal.

- Don't mind 2 class only service, if it is top notch, but keep the 3 where it makes sense.

- I like the current award rules, chart and polcies with award redemption. Please don't become skypesos. When a revenue ticket (fees and taxes included) costs the same as an award ticket (fees and taxes included), You loyalty program is broken and worthless, and no longer effective


-With EK's departure, I hope QR can stay. UA has a big hole in the middle east, going through Cairo is not the best thing, most of the time (or convenient)

- CO SWU policies, 4 valid on any fare made sense to me, as I can give these away, to people who otherwise would not be flying business class.

Or the option to choose between restricted or unrestricted, would have been nice.Adding the fare restriction, adds complexity, though I can understand why.

-CO's same day standby rules, which is more generous (I hope this stays) . 24 hours by original booking class.
