What about the two TSA officers in MSP who saved a passenger's life with an AED? What about the officers who find razor blades, knives, and dangerous items (NOT LIQUIDS) daily? I wish all of you could see what goes on behind the scenes and realize these bad apples that are embellished daily take away from the overall good intentions of the TSA workforce.

Do you ever go out of your way to look for the good involved with such an agency? @:-)

I strongly believe the child porn promoting TSO, if guilty, should be locked up and banned from travel forever. As for the thefts, fire their asses and then lock them up!

If an officer is rude to you, call them on it! If they are still rude, write a complaint. That is what the TSA comment cards are for... There are rude people and officers at each and every airport, help me as a supervisor to weed out these bad seeds. Also, if you see something, say something.

Stay Positive People!
And how would the razor blade destroy an aircraft? Personally, and I know many here would agree, I do not care if a small knive or razor is brought aboard the aircraft. It's not like they will cut through the cockpit door. Past evidence has also shown that pax are not going to stand by and cooperate. As with the latest "attempt" in Europe, pax were successful in restraining the man. Pissy knows this, yet continues to go on the assumption that TSA is the "last line of defense".. You aren't, we are!

As far as the clerks that used an AED in MSP, good for them. People all over the world use AEDs on a daily basis. What makes those TSA clerks so special?

If the clerk is rude, as they have been on many occasions, I WILL call them on it, as well as summon a supervisor, and, if necessary, airline personnel and a local LEO. The comment cards are pointless, and I am surprised that you would even recommend wasting the time to write one. You know as well as we do, that TSA sends out answers that never address the issues at hand. It's always "our clerks were following SOP, so you must be wrong"..
