Two quick questions,

One to other President's Circle members:
My last rental agreement had an extra *two* hours free -- rather than the usual hour I get as Gold. Was that just a mistake or do President's Circle get an extra hour on top of the extra Gold hour?

One to anyone:
Does Hertz ever charge penalties if you are a no-show on a reservation? I'm getting stranded more and more often, and I'm thinking about making Hertz reservations at the hub airports -- my contract rates are cheaper than a roundtrip taxi rate. What happens if I no-show? When can I cancel up till if there is some sort of no-show charge?
