Hertz just call me back and confirmed that I am a 5 Star member! The new card will be mailed to me. I just wonder why that wasn't done without me having to ask for it? Oh well.

I found out that the number of rentals last year (needed to qualify) do NOT count towards the upgrade certs I have to start from scratch today.
