I made it It took a bit longer since they sent my materials to the wrong address -- however I got it today. It seems my membership booklet was missing, but the card was in there and the agent verified my account now was 'President's Circle'.

It's quite satisfying to be top tier (except unpublished levels) in every program you participate in

BTW, My membership is good till 02/02 ... just like the new Marriott membership. It's nice to be able to enjoy new benefits for over a year
