So I called back, and got another agent who tried to be more helpful, but told me she didn't know how to review my previous rental history. She pulled up the note they all got yesterday about it and read it to me. No new information there.

From what she understands people were supposed to get invited February of NEXT year (2001). She's not clear if that qualification is based on Year 2000 or Year 1999. She's also not clear if people who qualified based on Year 1999 got invited this year (or will be).

My dilemna is year 1999 I had 45 rentals; this year I won't have close to 40. I'd like to be able to enjoy President's Circle for a little bit before I fall into nowhere's ville

Update: The agent called me back in about an hour and told me that she referred my account to a supervisor, who should process it in about five days and I should get a packet soon afterwards. So I'll see if I get anything in the next couple of weeks.
