dg1, thanks for the phone number to Hertz Gold Customer Service. When I called,
the agent reviewed my prior year's rental history to determine what status I qualified for, and told me immediately I qualified for Five Star. He knew little more than what I had learned on the web site, and politely indicated they had recently received a few memos on the new levels. He said I would be receiving new membership material "soon", but didn't know of any exact roll out schedule.
