After getting the run-around, I finally found someone at 405-280-6388 (Hertz Gold Customer Service) who said she would have my account reviewed, and then a letter sent to me if I 'make the cut'.

I told her I know I made at least 5-star, and probably President's Circle. Again, qualifications as I understand it are:

Gold Member since at least 12/31/98
10 Rentals in Calendar Year 1999 for 5 Star
40 Rentals in Calendar Year 2000 for President's Circle

I'll keep you guys posted on what I get.
