Pretty interesting that visiters to a prison have the right to leave rather than be "personaly searched" and airport passengers don't. See, all you posters that have been claiming going through the TSA security theatre is like a prison search, your wrong. It's so much worse.
It is similar to a prison search. It is just more along the lines of the type of search that the prisoner gets not the visitor who comes to see the prisoner.
See in most instances... Yes the visitor can refuse to be searched and leave, but the convicted prisoner can't simply refuse and leave. But even with that being said. A convicted prisoner still has more rights than the passengers at the airport has.
