The "old" name for this level of service was "five-star". Someone once pushed the wrong button on a computer and gave me that status for about a year, until someone noticed that it was an error. It was awfully convenient having your car brought to curbside (and this was before anything like Gold, so the option was the long wait in line followed by the long bus ride, followed by . . .).
