It looks like it is to do with Daylight saving in Egypt for some reason not happening now.
So the flight is not one hour earlier, just that time is now one hour later.
I think the OP is not worried about getting to the airport, but instead the time between todays diving and the flight tomorrow (you have to leave a certain amount of time to avoid decompression sickness).
