Now that I've fully researched the program it seems perfect. The credit card costs less than the AA one (not that it's an issue) and offers me access to the same inventory that that AA offers. Aside from the lack of double miles for AA flights it looks like a great plan. Plus Delta+AA+AS probably means better schedules.

The trick to getting quick partner reward info is to search via AA.com and then enter the available dates on the AS website.
