I'm not quite sure we'd have enough time to meet to discuss everything that I think is wrong with the new United. Nickel and Dimeing customers until they are blue in the face can only work for so long. Also, quite sticking it to members that have Elite Status. I'm only Silver Elite and have been for 5 years in a row now and I feel that I'm treated the same as someone who fly's CO once every 5 years. I'd also like to comment on the fact that the amount of times that I have been upgraded has dropped steeply in the past year or so. That's just a brief summation of many issues that I have.
