Anyone has an idea if they still could get me down to SIN almost on time? Would EU compensation also work in that case? Not sure what is "nasty" about this plan. 40 minute connection is almost long for MUC standards, so not a problem.
In terms of compensation, this is due either by any EU carrier or by a non EU carrier when departing from the EU. Be aware, actually getting money from LH in case of a missed connection will be very difficult as they won't pay. And compensation is only due if you arrive at your destination way too late.
