Actually, that doesn't really suffice. I'm trying hard to imagine a scenario where you would actually have to, you know, deal with them. Seeing as how you just fill out a short survey and they send you free stuff. It really would be helpful to know what you're talking about. Because given my seamless experience and given that they don't have my CC, I'm having a very difficult time imagining a scenario in which they could cause me trouble. I'm open to hearing your story, but you do need to actually tell it rather than make vague remarks before we will heed what you have to say.
