Short of a fault somewhere in the planes electrical system, the on-board power is probably "cleaner" than ground power. The airplane's generators have constant speed drives between themselves and the engine accessory drive whereas a gpu has a governor on the engine so changing loads can cause momentary decreases/increases in the frequency.
