I've read your question several times and don't quite follow it, but I'll give it a shot.

I'm Canadian - When I travel to the USA I sometimes order things from US Websites and have them shipped to meet me at my hotel. Things like shoes and (non-Cuban) cigars.

I then bring them home to me as part of my duty-free allowance.

Does that answer the question?
