This seems to be a Westin version of the CCF - Common Facility Fee - I encountered at Sheraton recently.

It really is getting frustrating, to be charged for things we don't use, don't need, don't want, or have already EARNED through our loyalty recognition. And then to be told they are doing us a favour?
