I like A seats towards the back of the cabin. More privacy. I try to avoid 8 and 9 just in case they decide to use them for crew rest, so I'll go for 6/7A if I can. I'm not 100% sure if they will pull a seat for crew rest after it's selected, but I don't like to take any chances with where I'll be sitting on a flight!
8K is the only seat allocated for crew rest (pilot) where applicable. On certain ultra-long haul routes, 6K & 7K are also designated in the absence of the 4 crew-bunk equipped aircraft (fins 658-661). 9A - the additional seat on the previous mentioned fins is never allocated for crew rest as these aircraft are bunk equipped.
