Just curious if anyone is out here that uses Budget besides me.

I have used free rewards on a couple of occasions for rentals and am shocked at how screwed up and a pain it seems to be. I guess since they have franchisee locations, they can't make it free at time of reservation, but I don't see why the reservation can't be set up as a free rental.

I do think, however, that their merchandise that you can get is fabulous. I have gained some major points by giving out those SpaWish gift certificates.

Anyone else with experiences on using free rental rewards??
