For the online booking bonus, does the double miles bonus apply to the dollar value on all tickets purchased using the CX Amex card as long as the cardholder is one of the (several) pax, or does the bonus only apply to the cardholder's ticket? I have to book tickets for a family trip, and I am trying to decide which CC to use.

I thought I read somewhere that it was only for the cardholder's ticket, but I don't see this limitation anywhere in the current T&Cs. All my other CX tickets are either award tix or invoiced by my TA.

Yes, I received the double miles on the entire transaction involving my and my family's tickets, and they posted within 10 days of the ticketing transaction.
