Three of us recently flew YYZ - LHR - GLA return in J.

Absolutely no waits for security or immigration. YYZ T3 was empty on outbound (SAT nite), arrival LHR absolutely no wait for customs and no wait for security (fast track and regular both empty).

Outbound GLA was EMPTY - zero wait for security - flew easter Sunday. Overnite at LHR, again zero wait for security both fastrtack and regular.


Also zero wait at YYZ T3 customs which is usually a gong show.
Any idea why so quiet on what I thought would be busy travel dates??

Both CW cabin 2/3 full.


Surprisingly, lounges were packed.

Lounges nice - food on board bad.

LHR arrivals lounge very nice.

Excellent agent at Terraces GLA helped us with carryon, stroller, car seat with personal escort for priority boarding. GLA-LHR flites packed both ways.

My days of J travel are over - can't justify almost 2700 CAD in fees for 3 free tickets, never mind finding 300k baec miles - was nice while it lasted.
