Plat for additional year if I buy Ambassador?
Just got off the phone with IC, called back and spoke to another person too.

--My Ambassador expires in Sept.2011
--I won't be qualifying for Plat this year, so assume I would drop down for 2012

They both told me that as a current Platinum, if I renew my Ambassador in Sept of 2011, I will be both:

-Ambassador till Sept 2012 (make sense)

-Platinum again (without actually qualifying) for calendar year 2012.

Does this sound right? Anyone else had this happen?
