Booking award travel does not fill the "award calendar" checkbox.

Steps to repro:
1) Open main page of site
2) Go to Mileage Plan -> Book Award
- That takes you to this page: http://www.alaskaair.com/planbook?awards=yes
3) Note that "award calendar" checkbox is not checked

Since the "awards=yes" item is included in the link, and that's the only obvious difference from just going to the normal plan & book page, I'm expecting the award calendar box to be selected (so that my search is for award travel)

Issue repro'd on Win7 x64 with IE9 RTM and Firefox 3.6.14.
