Crappy US experience w/ Boarding and in F

Not sure how much of a complaint this warrants and I plan to forward a draft I'm putting together to US just so it is known. I'm not looking for compensation as much as that is said, however, it is very true. In order to get a product refined they need this feedback.

My only reason for wanting to complain was that I was under the impression that the F product and boarding process was improved.

Let's get to the story.

LAS-CLT-DCA in F all the way, no complimentary upgraded, it was an award ticket booked in F because it would have costed me $450 min to get out of LAS to DCA even with advanced booking due to Easter weekend.

US1794 - delayed 28 minutes, no big deal. This flight was 100% full as they were gate checking bags just to get the flight out.

Anyways, the usual handicap was called to board first, at that point I don't ever recall them saying 1st Class Pax or Zone 1 until everyone mobbed the door and I'm standing at front looking at the gate agent lady waiting to see if she will tame over 150pax...

So, when I got a chance to get on after like 7 economy pax still snuck by (yes, snuck by because the GA didn't say anything and they knew they weren't in first), I went to my seat promptly. Tons of pax don't want to gate check even if it was free, the flight was full, and it's going to take 15 minutes to board.

Also, it made me angry when 2pax put their luggage in my overhead bin because 1 of their family members was sitting in 1st...so 3 rollerboards for 1 pax is how I'm going to classify it . Had I of been in better shape to bark I would have.

Now I'm not sure because this is a redeye out of 'Vegas' that us 1st class pax weren't even offered water during preboarding, no acknowledgment, no nothing. But at this point, I'm thirsty, everything in terminal 1 in LAS was closed, we were delayed, tons of cranky pax boarding and the water fountain in T1 tasted like tap water from Jamaica (Not trying to be rude).

The flight attendant, which there was only 1 in F decided it was best to chat up her US Airways buddies and stand near the galley the entire preboarding process. Then she offered them water, a WHOLE bottle! At this point I wanted to shout I would like water also, really??? Also, not sure if she was just being lazy but she only served the F cabin for roughly 25mins tops and sat down with her magazine for the rest of the flight. I was too pissed but also tired at this point to even go tit for tat with anyone.

My F seg CLT-DCA, which is a fraction of the time was superb. The guy FA on US1732 was amazing, wish I remembered his name, would love to give great feedback for him. This guy on several occasions was very accommodating even though at this point I didn't need anything ^.

Overall, the longhaul from LAS in F was terrible as well as the pre boarding.

CLT was nothing like this.
