Also, access to E+ on United, ELR seats on CO metal at T-24, and the ability to reserve seats in the "elite section" on the 73Gs/738s (which I believe are the only ones with in seat power). And of course, upgrades if you're flying non-peak times/routes (e.g. CO 1714 IAH-SMF on 4/27 is booked 18/20 in F, with no one currently on the upgrade standby list).
