Likewise; we use CWT and can have tickets on hold for up to 3 days, but once we have the PNR, can see the booking in MMB and can choose seats etc.

To the OP, getting your BAEC on the booking is the important thing. CWT have an online system where you can give all your frequent flyer/hotel numbers and they should automatically add them to the bookings. If they don't, simply contact them and get them to add your BAEC number to the booking.
