Is it possible to sign-up for any casino "players' clubs" online? I signed up for MLife weeks ago but never received a card in the mail. So I'm not sure what the point of that exercise was.

Are there any casino players clubs you can:

1) Sign-up for online
and

2) Who'll actually send you a card that can be used for play in the casino's machines?

I've got only 2 more weeks until my trip. Hoping I could save some time by signing-up for these things online.
