Why so upset. The rule among most carriers has been that the baggage policy applied is that of the originating carrier. That said HA was the originating carrier for your return. Now they only should have charged you the inter-island baggage fees. I don't see why you would have a reason to complain about your situation as this has been disclosed to you.
