There are many benefits to a good CRM system when a company actually knows how to use it and the data it can provide. IMHO, the jury's still out on how well DL fares in this category.
NWA did very well at this and we've seen an improvement in DL's abilities ever since they were able to access the system...this system seems to be central to their business plan going forward (afterall just having planes in the air these days isn't enough...you have to have the right customer too and using this tool they can predict who the right customer is and who it isn't and just flying alot doesn't make you the right customer, you can still be unprofitable)
