Hmm... as someone who has two little American sons (by place of birth) I can assure you the fact that you have kids with American passports gives you no immigration advantage whatsoever, not now, not in the future. In fact all the Turks who travel to Florida to give birth have to prove later that the kids have a link to the US to even retain the citizenship. The wikipedia entry on the topic http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birth_tourism is partly incorrect in that respect. For the parent to be eligible for a green card or to obtain 'cheaper' (local resident rates) education at age 21 the person has to have had (legal) residency in the states for 3-4 years. So the only option after birth for the parents is to go illegal and hang out for 15+ years, even this is not a guarantee.
