2 hours is plenty for IST. And they will check your luggage all the way. Luggage xfer at IST seems to be by far the most efficient service TK provides - they once managed to transfer the suitcases within 15 minutes after a delayed arrival from VIE, even though we barely made the connection ourselves with the help of a TK assistant.
