a little more background - yes it's due to the switch to NWA databases, the reason for the switch though was because NWA had a CRM system while DL didn't, CRM systems are quite expensive to obtain, install and operate but the data they give is a huge advantage over organizations without them....the WordPerk's database is tightly integrated into the CRM so that is the database currently in use (the CRM is why you see different pax getting different responses from customer service for the exact issue, high expected lifetime value pax are handled very differently than the occasional historical high value pax)
What's "CRM" in this instance? I'm sure it's not "Cockpit Resource Management" in this usage...
