Submitted my claim for 4 flights on Malev last month and they've been rejected saying they can't find the flight numbers and invalid booking class

. Of course, I took the same flights/same flights no twice before and they've had no problems. Talked to EC, they said to send in the boarding passes which is what I expected they would say. The problem is that I can reprint the BP for 2 of the flights (the return legs) but I can't find the other two boarding passes saved anywhere. I think I must have used a different computer to print them.
I don't suppose anyone has any ideas on how to get around this or where I could redownload these BPs from?
