Hi,

After a chat with 1-800-hhoners, i was transfered to HGVC for a special offer. After some talk, I was offered a one year cert, no blackouts (extra fees over holidays) to at 1-bedroom at HHV HGVC, with a $200 first-night-on-us and a free rental car week for $899 (with the usual 2 hour pitch).

As we were going to hawaii anyway, I was pretty happy.

Then the email came, and it was now 1150 with tax (so just over 1000 without). Called them, and was told they would have to pull the recording which would take 5-7 days - or longer (?). I asked about the "longer" and she couldnt say. I also couldnt get any of this in writing!

Now I log in, and the 1 bedroom thing isnt mentioned and I cant find any dates that has availability at all - none.

But - they did pull $350 from my cc - that they did know how to do.

So - I am severely underwhelmed right now, and considering trying to cancel and calling amex to reverse the charge if they refuse.

Anyone has advise or experience with these guys?
