The Escape Lounge is probably the smarter of the two at MAN T1 and certainly one of the best PP lounges I've used. Since you have the choice of both, I'd go for this one. I've only ever had good experiences there - generally quite upmarket, modern and sophisticated.

Personally, I always find Servisair lounges to be very basic and bland.
