Credit for SA Express flights

Travel Area for Mileage Accrual: All South African Airways-operated flights on ticket for SAA, SA Express and Airlink-operated flights*
I am thinking of flying CPT-Windhoek-JNB on South African Airways. The flights are coded SAA, but the actual flights are SA Express or Airlink. SAA specifically states that SA Express is not *A and so *A baggage allowances don't count. But I cannot parse the sentence about mileage accrual. I know that generally it's the metal that counts, but I simply don't understand the sentence. if the last "operated" were omitted, then I would assume that I wouldn't get credit, but if it's ticketed on Airlink and operated by Airlink, will I get mileage credit?

Thanks. (If I won't get credit, then I'm flying Air Namibia cause they have a more generous carry-on policy.)
