Twice in Kansas City from Premium to a Caddi. Maybe it's just that location but the upgrade is supposed to be on any calss available. Many locations have just enough high-end cars to satisfy local paid demand. (I see a lot of sold-out on the Luxury category).

I've heard of, but not actually seen, some places putting folks in what they call a premium+ car. A LeSabre is premium but I'm guessing they use Chrysler 300M's or something similar as that G+ car.
