I signed up for the same Plat Delta Amex offer, and had a printscreen of the offer page. After spending the 1st $1000, I called looking for my MQM's. A few weeks later, I get a call back saying that Amex couldn't validate the offer. The rep wouldn't connect me with anyone else, so I just cancelled the card. Not worth the hassle in my mind.
