AMEX can actually see that miles are pending posting. My remaining miles posted exactly when they said they would. MQMs did not however (in fairness, the agent warned me that I'd likely have to take that up once the miles posted). Once the miles posted, I contacted DL thru the website and they collaborated with AMEX to see the MQMs posted. Took about an extra week.
